We want you to love your rest, which is why we offer a 30-night trial on our core bedding collection. If you aren't completely satisfied with your Aeyla purchase, you can return your items for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure box to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it securely to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated courier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
